Karanga Bungalows is about a 1,5 hours drive from the Abeid Armani Karume International Airport
The closest ATM is at Paje Village. You will pass Paje on your way to Michamvi Kae. Make sure to tell your driver to take you to an ATM before coming to Michamvi Kae
Karanga Bungalows is located 50 meters from the beach. So not on the beach itself but only a stonethrow away.
We accept all major brand Credit Cards. We do charge a 5% supplement (as do the banks do us) for any card payment though. If you want to avoid these charges please bring cash.
We provide an airport pick-up service at a surcharge of US $50. Please inform us on your flightnumber, ETA and arrival date and a driver will be standing by to pick you up as soon as you have cleared customs
Your room will be ready for you from 13:00. Please inform us if you are arriving late at night so we are ready to welcome you.
Our check-out time is 11:00. Please inform us of your plans for a taylor made solution if you want to check-out late.
We do offer Wifi at reception area. Unfortunately it might not be as fast as what you are used to but you will be able to tell everyone about your grat experiences here 😉
We do NOT change money at Karanga Bungalows. We do accept payment in Euro and US$ at the daily rate.
